Godot v4.5.stable - Windows 11 (build 26100) - Multi-window, 2 monitors - Vulkan (Forward+) - dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (NVIDIA; 32.0.15.7283) - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor (12 threads) - 31.92 Gio memory

Issue description

When importing this simple figure, the materials of left forearm, chest and head are broken.
Also the transforms are wrong, reading any animation results on an horizontal squish of the figure (both Blender and my toy engine get it right so I'm unsure what's going on here...)

Steps to reproduce

Import the provided scene
See the materials are broken
Try reading an animation and see the transformation is wrong
