Recognize IVS variant of Muzan's family name in IvsVariantsRewriter

• IVS variants of some non full name entries (Nezuko & Rengoku) in Demon Slayer have been registered in ivs_variants_rewirter.cc, but only Muzan's family name (Kibutsuji) has not been.
• The IVS variant of his full name has already been registered there.
• Only his family name has been registered in Mozc's dictionary.

• Steps:

  1. Modify src/client/client.cc (c.f.: `commands::Request::IVS_CHARACTER` or `commands::Request::KANA_SUPPLEMENT_6_0` are not sent in Windows default client (by default) #1348 (comment)) by temporarily adding the following code in the constructor of mozc::client::Client (for testing only):

       if (!request_) {
         request_ = std::make_unique<commands::Request>();
       }
       request_->add_additional_renderable_character_groups(
           commands::Request::IVS_CHARACTER
       );

  2. Build, install, and activate Mozc

  3. Type k i b u t s u j i, and convert

  4. Confirm the IVS variant (鬼舞辻󠄀) exists as a candidate.
