Beta release

At this point someone could import this library and get a multithreaded HTTP server. There are still problems to solve but I am getting to the point where I'm calling it "finished". The goal of this project wasn't to create a next generation C HTTP server. It was to get a better understanding of how memory works, how HTTPs work, and what reading an RFC is like.

You can create some endpoints where they are serviced but that's about it. Don't expect stability, this is a side-project meant for learning.
