Beta release

At this point someone could import this library and get a multithreaded HTTP server. There are still problems to solve but I am getting to the point where I'm calling it "finished". The goal of this project wasn't to create a next generation C HTTP server. It was to get a better understanding of how memory works, how HTTPs work, and what reading an RFC is like.
