Follow up from #4364 without the service capabilities. The default error behavior needs to be communicated out of band.
This PR is on top of
@experimental_disableErrorPropagation(already merged). My recommendation is that we make a release containing both for users who want to test both kinds of clients using the same server. And then remove the directive in the next release.Spec edits: graphql/graphql-spec#1236
