Marks the actual current version of Scout. package.json and CHANGELOG.md both document 0.6.2 as the current release; this tag and release make that version verifiable from the Releases tab.

This release supersedes the v0.1.0 placeholder pre-release. v0.1.0 is retained as a marker for the earlier snapshot (and for cross-repo consistency with sibling repos in this portfolio) — it is not the current version.

0.6.2 — Income ops pack + cash-in yield budget

Policy-enforced, agent-agnostic local tool for finding paid open-source bounty candidates and handing them to coding agents.
Status: pre-1.0. The README's current release line is 0.6.2 (income ops pack: claims stats, act-top1, scorecard, rich webhooks). Policy gates apply to Scout CLI commands only; it does not enforce policy inside external coding agents, and it needs a GitHub token for the full workflow preset.
