Marks the actual current version of Scout. package.json and CHANGELOG.md both document 0.6.2 as the current release; this tag and release make that version verifiable from the Releases tab.

This release supersedes the v0.1.0 placeholder pre-release. v0.1.0 is retained as a marker for the earlier snapshot (and for cross-repo consistency with sibling repos in this portfolio) — it is not the current version.
