Syncthing Menu can now work with a Syncthing you run yourself. A new choice in Settings — Syncthing is "managed by this app" (the default, as before) or "managed by me" — connects it to your own local Syncthing using the port and API key you provide. When Syncthing is managed by you, Syncthing Menu is purely an interface: it never downloads, starts, stops, or updates Syncthing, while the menu, status, and Activity window all work as usual.
