Can ToolTip be a part of guigui.DefaultWidget

I have widget that has 4 widgets that need to show a tooltip when hovered.
What i have currently done is initalize a one tooltip widget and claculate position and size of each widget manually to check if the hovered widget need to show a tooltip in HandlePointingInput. Calculating size and position of each widget will become quite harder when guigui.LinearLayoutItem gets min and max size.

But that method dosen't work with guigui.LinearLayout. In the gallery tooltip widgets widget bounds are calculated manually.

Hmm🤔 It looks like tooltip usage most common in buttons and select widgets.

Adding a builtin tooltip method for button and select widget might be useful.

Heres how i used it. This is the only case i think i used tooltips with text becuase i couldn't find icons.

Built in tooltip methods for buttons, select and text widgets would be enough.

You can get bounds for one item in a linear layout by LinearLayout.ItemBoundsAt.

I could just create another widget that add a tooltip to a widget but that would be trouble some. Imagine a widget that it's all child widgets are wraped in a tooltip widget
