Upgrading from 1.1.1: on Copilot CLI, run copilot plugin uninstall pstack, then copilot plugin install pstack-copilot@pstack-vscode. In VS Code, uninstall pstack and install pstack-copilot. A chat.pluginLocations path to plugins/pstack keeps working as it is.
