The plugin is now pstack-copilot and uses the Agent Plugins 1.0 manifest format. The startup hook moved to com.github.copilot/hooks/. Skills and behavior are unchanged. Built from pstack-claude 0.9.57 (d709ffc).
Upgrading from 1.1.1: on Copilot CLI, run copilot plugin uninstall pstack, then copilot plugin install pstack-copilot@pstack-vscode. In VS Code, uninstall pstack and install pstack-copilot. A chat.pluginLocations path to plugins/pstack keeps working as it is.
