Group Password Reset 3.5.2

Ship the corrected packaged readme and current documentation for the full-width HTML administrator summary, plain-text alternative, domain/plugin subject tags, recipient controls, Send email workflow, latest-20-row results, and summary retention. Clarify mail acceptance versus delivery and validation boundaries.

No password-reset or email behavior changes from 3.5.1.

Validation: notification and updater-message regressions, shared PHPCS, PHP/JavaScript syntax, version metadata, package integrity and complete bundled updater dependencies. Existing functional/email evidence and limitations are recorded in PROJECT.md. External inbox delivery, full non-JavaScript reset submission and the full compatibility matrix are not newly exercised. Consider the Codex Security diff-review reminder; no automatic security scan was run.
