v0.2.5 — Dock placement swap + Save button overflow

Patch on top of v0.2.4.

The notebook detail page already has back · title · analytics · share · settings · profile in its top tooling, so the dock was redundant chrome eating into panel space.

Settings popover Save button no longer overflows

The notebook rename row used `<input className="flex-1 ...">` next to a Save button. Default flex `min-width: auto` made the input refuse to shrink below the intrinsic width of the long placeholder text ("Metaheuristic Optimization Fundamentals"), pushing the Save button past the popover's right edge.

Fix: `min-w-0` on the input, `shrink-0` on the button. Both stay inside the popover regardless of title length.

While in that popover, retoken the leftover hardcoded `bg-blue-600` / `text-red-600` / `border-gray-100` to theme-flipping tokens (`bg-fg`, `text-danger`, `border-border-subtle`).
