CS-Ray is a pure-managed proxy client with a userspace TUN full-tunnel netstack for
legacy ARM32 Windows (Windows 10 ARM32 and jailbroken Windows RT 8.1) also installable on x86/x64 ( i daily drive it on my main machine), where native
cores like Xray/sing-box can't run. v1.1.0 makes it actually installable on RT and
smooths out the everyday experience.

Highlights

  • 🧩 Now installs on Windows RT / ARM32. New AnyCPU/MSIL installer — an Inno Setup
.exe physically can't launch on RT, so this one is compiled like the app. Per-user,
    no admin needed.
  • 🔓 No more UAC prompt on every launch. CS-Ray runs un-elevated and only asks for
administrator when you start full-tunnel/TUN (which truly needs it). System-proxy
    mode needs nothing.
  • 🚀 Start-at-login actually works now — silent, un-elevated (Settings toggle).
  • 🎨 Correct accent color on Windows 8.1 / RT + live accent changes (it read the
    wrong registry key before).
  • ✨ Refreshed UI — toggle switches instead of checkboxes, a side drawer menu,
    sectioned settings, rounded buttons.
  • 🖼️ App icon everywhere, and the tray icon shows your mode at a glance
    (idle / system-proxy / full-tunnel).
  • 🔒 About page with a clear promise: zero data collected, nothing sent anywhere —
no telemetry, no analytics, no phone-home.
It connects only to the servers you add.

Install

  • Windows 11/10/8.1/x86/x64 RT 8.1 / ARM32 (or no-admin anywhere): download CS-Ray-1.1.0-Setup-AnyCPU.zip,
    extract, run Setup.exe.
  • Portable (any arch): CS-Ray-1.1.0-portable.zip — extract and run CS-Ray.exe.

Supports VLESS, VMess (AEAD), Shadowsocks (AEAD), and SOCKS5/HTTP over TCP / TLS /
WebSocket / XHTTP. REALITY, uTLS, QUIC/Hysteria and friends aren't supported (managed-TLS
ceiling) — such servers import greyed with a reason.
