Use cases are managed in the issue tracker for this project. If any changes are made to a use case it must be tagged with the updated and a comment stating the change. This will allow us to log the change until we get a chance to update the relevant artifacts.
Once the changes have been applied in the relevant artifacts the updated tag should be removed.
Requirements are managed in the issue tracker for this project. If any changes are made to a Requirement it must be tagged with the updated and a comment stating the change. This will allow us to log the change until we get a chance to update the relevant artifacts.
Once the changes have been applied in the relevant artifacts the updated tag should be removed.
A requirement must also mention the use case that it came from by its ID in the issue tracker. This should be placed at the start of the requirements description like this: **From Use Case #4, #5, #10**. This will eventually allow one to see all the requirements a use case has produced by going to the use case page.
- See this if we have to custom make something to schedule backups without access to cron.
