LowEnd Forge 0.1.8
LowEnd Forge 0.1.8
LowEnd Forge Community Edition is free to download and use. This release keeps the core desktop workflow available without a subscription requirement.
What stands out in this release
- Bass transcription now combines official Basic Pitch onset evidence with CREPE periodicity and bass-specific reattack logic, recovering short or swallowed notes without splitting sustained tones on weak evidence.
- Portable .lforge projects can embed and integrity-check the original source plus isolated bass and accompaniment stems alongside the complete editable session.
- The practice mixer now plays the real bass and backing stems with independent gain, mute, and solo control through the shared realtime playback engine.
- Cancellation is end-to-end and race-safe: stale progress or completion from a cancelled analysis can no longer overwrite a replacement job.
