First release of the Kotlin remake of Overland for Android.

• Sends Overland (iOS) formatted batches to any endpoint, with optional Bearer token
• Background tracking with a low-power mode while the phone is still
• Activity recognition for motion (driving, cycling, walking, running, stationary)
• Offline queue; batches are kept until the server answers {"result":"ok"}
• "Trip in progress" notification with live timer and distance
• Android 8.0+ (targets Android 15)
