Commentail 1.4.1 corrects the PyPI project description and installation commands.
The 1.4.0 upload retained earlier candidate wording and commands for 1.3.2;
its package version and runtime were correct, and those archives remain unchanged.
Runtime files, dependencies and migrations are identical to 1.4.0. Existing
1.4.0 installations need no additional migration or configuration change.
Install with python -m pip install commentail==1.4.1. For upgrades from 1.3.2
or earlier, follow the 1.4.0 upgrade procedure,
using 1.4.1 in its install step. Migration 0019 and the earlier irreversible
0018 requirements still apply where relevant.
