What to build

Optional MCP facade: amico mcp-serve with a real @modelcontextprotocol/sdk stdio transport, exposing the spine verbs as MCP tools backed by the SAME verb functions the CLI uses. One impl, two transports. Optional per G-9. (Spec spec-20260708-112732 §7.3.)

Acceptance criteria

• amico mcp-serve serves the spine verbs as MCP tools over stdio
• a tool call dispatches to the same verb function as the CLI
• callable from both opencode and Claude Code MCP clients
