Initial release of the SINGLE-MSI pipeline. This first release is primarily to associate a DOI with the pipeline. Future development goals are as follows:
1.) Create separate files for each rule to help users incorporate multi-threading and custom filter/cluster settings
2.) Combine FASTQ/MTX file workflows with automatic file detection
3.) Include small reference transcriptome to verify installation of FASTQ Snake file
4.) Containerize workflow to optionally not install each software
