Normalisation:
- invalidate regions with significantly less (0.15) enrichment than neighbouring
- dampen percentile towards median
- optional use of wgs copy-number percentiles file instead of median
- fix to Y copy number
Technical:
- used updated segmentation
- removed use of Table library
