• Replace the universal bullet quota with role-aware density defaults and explicit exceptions; reconcile prompts and remove the unsupported total-flow claim from the example.
• Add shared content checks, Page Spec adapters for generation/rebuilding, and hash-bound generated-image observations. These checks do not authenticate sources or prove visual quality.
• Guard generation assembly against unfinished/missing/extra pages, changed images/prompts, stale reviews and aspect-ratio changes; preserve exact embedded image bytes and notes, and retain prior PPTX on failure.
• Keep old frozen Page Specs readable. Legacy generation jobs without a content contract report that content was not checked.
