Fixed hitching bug introduced with map fix
Fixed Active Reload issues introduced with collision
Fixed bug with sprint kills not always registering Charge kills in-engine, preventing Tutorial progression
Tutorial overhaul- floors fixed, map fixed, hacking interface fixed, and Tutorial instructions will remain visible for the duration.
