Checklist
App version
SimpleWall 3.9.1
Windows version
Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Steps to reproduce
- Connect two monitors.
- Set monitor 1 display scaling to 100%.
- Set monitor 2 display scaling to 150%.
- Launch simplewall and open its main window from the system tray.
- Move the simplewall window from monitor 1 to monitor 2.
- As soon as the window is moved to the second monitor, simplewall closes completely.
The issue is reproducible every time.
If I set both monitors to 100% scaling, the problem no longer occurs.
Expected behavior
The simplewall window should move normally between monitors regardless of their display scaling settings, without the application closing or crashing.
Actual behavior
When I move the simplewall window from the 100% scaled monitor to the 150% scaled monitor, the application closes completely.
The main window disappears and the simplewall tray icon also disappears. I then have to launch simplewall again manually.
If both monitors are set to 100% scaling, the issue does not occur.
