Mostly under-the-hood polish this build, with a few settings fixes.
⚡ Improvements
- Consistent settings dropdowns — the sound, idle-time, and alert-timing menus now use the same hover highlight and behavior as the rest of the app.
🔧 Bug Fixes
- Warning lead-time dropdown — now opens reliably when you click anywhere on it, not just part of it.
