This feature release introduces new v3 endpoints:

• GET /extended/v3/search: blockchain search (#2688)
• GET /extended/v3/mempool: mempool summary (#2692)
• GET /extended/v3/faucets/stx, GET /extended/v3/faucets/btc, GET /extended/v3/faucets/sbtc: testnet faucets (#2691)

The search endpoint requires a few migrations to index keyword data and relies on the (optional) existence of the pg_tgrm extension. Estimated migration downtime: 3-5 minutes.
