chore: commit pubspec.lock for reproducible builds (#43)

The blanket *.lock ignore rule excluded pubspec.lock, so CI resolved the
latest version of every dependency on each run. That let image 4.12 land
untested and break main. Shackleton is an application, so the lockfile
should be committed; other lock files remain ignored.

ExifTool HTML-encodes characters such as ' → ' in its -j JSON output,

fix: repair macOS self-update restart mechanism

- Replace broken desktop_updater restartApp (terminates before copying)
  with a detached shell script that runs after app exit, copies
  Contents/update/ over Contents/, then relaunches via open(1)
- Surface restart errors to the user via SnackBar using a controller
  subclass that overrides restartApp() and catches PlatformExceptions
- Fix CI archive step: use ditto instead of cp -r to preserve framework
  symlinks, preventing duplicate file entries in hashes.json

feat: zoom and pan in preview pane with Ctrl+scroll and left-drag

Ctrl+scroll wheel zooms in/out toward the cursor (up to 8x), and
left-drag pans when zoomed in. Pan is disabled at 1:1 scale so
PageView navigation is unaffected. Zoom/pan is scoped to the full
preview pane and does not apply to grid thumbnails.
