feat: zoom and pan in preview pane with Ctrl+scroll and left-drag

Ctrl+scroll wheel zooms in/out toward the cursor (up to 8x), and
left-drag pans when zoomed in. Pan is disabled at 1:1 scale so
PageView navigation is unaffected. Zoom/pan is scoped to the full
preview pane and does not apply to grid thumbnails.
