Last v1 release before v2 became the default branch. Includes fixes merged to 1.0 since 1.6.0 that had not yet been released, including two security fixes:
[FIX] PAYROLL: sandboxed the filing-status tax code to prevent RCE[FIX] DOCUMENTS: prevented stored XSS via insecure file upload
Also includes: a user-group deletion redirect/permission fix, a biometric fix, an API login fix, an i18n cleanup, and Ukrainian localization.
v1 (1.0/master) is now deprioritized — further fixes are considered case-by-case at maintainer discretion, with no guaranteed schedule. See discussion #1127 for background on the v2 default-branch transition.
