Fixes for kubernetes, prometheus scraping, and json exporter.
The tests and package workflows on Windows and RHEL have been discontinued, as we didn't find any client or sponsor for this since we intiated it. It could be back either if proposed by the community or if we find a way to sustain hubblo's efforts on those topics.
