AGENTS.md is read before changing the code, not before parsing output, but 183 of its 206 lines catalogued the CLI surface — a fourth copy of what `--help`, the MCP tool descriptions and docs/ already carry. Nothing read it, so it rotted: it promised `get` a human rendering and a `--format` switch that no longer exist, listed 4 of the 6 MCP tools, and still framed `sketch` as a disclosure screen. What survives is what a developer needs: the four surfaces that describe a verb and the rule that a change to one is a change to all four, plus the decisions that already hardened. The byte shape is owned by the `*_agent` renderers and the tests that pin them, not by prose. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

The funes verbs description was redundant and inaccurate.
