v1.8.0: multinlingual embedder

What's Changed

The main change is the addition of a multilingual embedder in #221.

• The first funes add asks whether your sessions are English or multilingual. The default is multilingual when your locale (LC_ALL, LC_MESSAGES, then LANG) is in another language than English. Off a terminal, funes takes that default without asking.
• funes index --multilingual creates a multilingual local memory by hand, before anything is indexed.
• A memory keeps the model it was created with, and every command follows it. Recall embeds the query with the model of the memory it searches. Index, scrub and push never mix two models in one memory.
• When the memory funes add binds already has a model, the local memory takes it and nothing is asked. funes add refuses a memory embedded with another model than your local memory, before anything is installed.

Upgrading from 1.7.x

No reindex. Existing memories were all built with the English model and keep it. A shared memory holds one model, so every host that binds it embeds with that model.
