Hardens approval runtime integration with file-backed broker credentials, secret-safe snapshots, canonical generation-controlled model settings, and Telegram owner enforcement.

Pins hf-broker/v0.10.0 and openclaw-unyolo@0.7.0. Deployments must use fresh broker grant and Telegram callback state for this coordinated cutover.
