Almost double the code. Let's call it 2.0!

There are now lots of options to choose from when it comes to resolutions.
Before, we only offered custom-calculated resolutions based on your headset. We now have additional lists of all integer resolutions to select from (up to 5440 x 4080) Technically, we've gone higher, but you shouldn't need anything above that for a long time.

Download the three files, README.txt explains everything you need to do.
SCVR.exe should be in the same directory as your Star Citizen Attributes.xml.
