Crash wen update checking disabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. disable update checking
2. open about page
   FormatException raised (String was not recognized as valid DateTime).
   After this steps application crashed on start-up until clearing of c:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\ISharpCode\ folder
