A multiplayer camouflage hide-and-seek minigame for Minecraft 1.21.1 (Fabric). Hiders paint camouflage directly onto their own skin in real time and cling to walls to vanish into the world. Seekers hunt them down with a paint shotgun. Last chameleon standing wins.

- Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric Loader 0.16+, and Fabric API, on the client and the server.

Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml. It's a false positive on every new unsigned file — Windows Security → Protection history → Actions → Allow on device, then download again. See the FAQ.
Install on the client and the server (see Multiplayer Setup). Then the host (an operator) runs /chameleon play for an instant game, or /chameleon to open the control panel. Press G as a hider to paint your camo. That's it.
