Project Meeting Minutes

Meeting Date: May 22, 2025 (5minutes)

1. This Week’s Progress

1. Oscar

   • Mainly worked on code refactoring. Most of the code has been refactored, resulting in a much more organized structure.

2. Dave

   • Responsible for designing graphs for the documentation.

3. Sasha

   • Working on screenshots-related tasks. Specific details need to be confirmed with him.

4. Shane

   • Worked on turning the project into a desktop application. The app can show up on Mac, but crashes immediately upon opening.

5. Junjie

   • Responsible for refactoring the simulator.
   • Wrote documentation related to the simulator on the GitHub Wiki.

2. Next Steps

• Continue moving the project from prototype to finished product and improve functionality.
• Build and improve test sets.
• Laura is back and can continue printing test materials.
• Start the nodal work, including installation and data hosting, expected to begin next week.

3. Project Timeline

• Currently in week7 (week8 TBD). The project is expected to run for about twelve weeks, until the end of June.
• The host will return to the office next Monday to continue project progress.
