Ionic version:

Current behavior:
I'm setting up a project for the first time and getting an error when I run ionic link in the terminal.

At the GitHub linking step I get this error when the browser is opened.

Expected behavior:
I should be able to see the GitHub login/authentication page.

Steps to reproduce:
New project. After ionic start ..., then ionic link.

I apologize, but I'm experiencing this issue with Ionic CLI 6.3.00

the following are the steps in the CLI

➜  DVR git:(master) ionic link  
? What would you like to do? Link an existing app on Ionic Appflow
✔ Looking up your apps - done!
? Which app would you like to link DVR (#####)
✔ Looking up app ######- done!

[INFO] Ionic Appflow uses a git-based workflow to manage app updates.

       You will be prompted to set up the git host and repository for this new app. See the docs[1] for more
       information.

? Which git host would you like to use? GitHub

[INFO] GitHub OAuth setup required.

and the last step open a link to https://github.com/login/oauth/authorize?response_type=code which responds with a 404

My local Ionic set-up is

Ionic:

   Ionic Framework : @ionic/react 5.0.5

Capacitor:

   Capacitor CLI   : 1.5.1
   @capacitor/core : 1.5.1

Utility:

   cordova-res : not installed
   native-run  : not installed

System:

   NodeJS : v10.19.0 (/home/jaku/.nvm/versions/node/v10.19.0/bin/node)
   npm    : 6.14.3
   OS     : Linux 4.4

Running on WSL.

Same as the original poster, I'm trying to build my first Ionic app.
