What is the current behavior?

Stencil applications or libraries using Ionic Framework will receive an exception when using ion-modal.

Issue URL: stenciljs/core#3893

What is the new behavior?

• Reverts the import path change from using an alias to a relative path. Stencil has an open issue with aliases: bug: tsconfig path does not work with spec tests stenciljs/core#3826
