Better glyph-name in generated svg

Currently, the generated svg font uses a glyph name based on the unicode character of each icon. It would be better to set the glyph name to something more intuitive such as the icon name. This is useful when using something like IcoMoon (http://icomoon.io/app/) to combine different icon fonts. When I import ionicons, I can't find which icons are which since IcoMoon only recognizes things based on the glyph-name.
