@Winterhuman this seems fine to merge. FYI IPRS isn't a typo, but was a broader system proposed a while ago that didn't end up getting implemented. However, IMO (and general consensus in the recent IPFS implementers sync) was that almost certainly this whole file (and a number of the other "specs" in this repo) should just be archived. If you want this change to make it in before we archive lmk and happy to merge. |

If it's being archived, leaving it in is probably for the best, it's one of the last mentions of IPRS as far as I know. I'll close this PR. |

I was searching for IPRS to see if I could find the originally stated reason for record expiration in the IPNS spec, ended up finding a mention of IPRS in this doc instead.
