Requires hypervel/components 0.4.x-dev, which also sets the PHP version.

Security: the hypervel output types no longer compile the generated docs page as Blade, so data on the page (such as example responses) can no longer run code when /docs is served. Run php artisan scribe:generate again after upgrading: a view generated by an earlier version stays affected until it is regenerated. See GHSA-c9w8-2hg5-ffmj.
