FFU Get World Time
Retrieves the current world time from the game clock, formats it according to your preference, and stores it in a tile variable.
Select how the world time should be formatted:
- 24 Hour (HH:MM) (Default)
- 24 Hour with Seconds (HH:MM:SS)
- 12 Hour AM/PM (HH:MM AM/PM)
- 12 Hour AM/PM with Seconds (HH:MM:SS AM/PM)
The name of the tile variable to store the formatted time string into.
- Defaults to
myGameTime. - Can be referenced in subsequent actions using MATT handlebar notation (e.g.,
{{variable.myGameTime}}).
- Time is calculated based on the total elapsed seconds in
game.time.worldTimemodulo 86,400 seconds (24 hours). - The formatted string is saved directly as a flag on the calling tile and returned as the action's output value.
- Any issues with this action should be logged with FoundryFan Utilities.
