iRoof.top 0.2.0
Share links now work beyond your own computer, without a server of your own.
What's new
- Wi‑Fi and local network. In the Share dialog, turn on Wi‑Fi and phones on the same network open your links at
http://<your computer>:8737/s/<name>. Only the visitor pages are served there. Your settings, chats and API stay on127.0.0.1. - Internet at
<name>.iroof.top. Turn on Internet and pick a name: links work anywhere while the app runs. The app keeps one outgoing connection to iroof.top, so nothing on your computer listens on the internet. Your exports, model key and the AI stay on your computer, but visitors' messages pass through iroof.top. - QR codes. Every link has a QR button, with a code for each address that works (Internet, Wi‑Fi, this computer).
- Telegram in Settings. Off, Shared bot or Own bot:
- Shared bot: no setup. Press Add to a group and pick the group in Telegram. A one-time code links that group to your app only.
- Own bot: paste a token from @Botfather. Messages then go straight between your app and Telegram.
- Visitor messages arrive in the group with Reply and AI reply buttons, as before.
- Run your own relay. A server can host the relay for its own domain (
ROOFTOP_RELAY_DOMAIN, with an optional shared bot viaROOFTOP_RELAY_BOT_TOKEN). See Run a relay hub. - The desktop app opens links to other sites (such as
t.me) in your browser.
