What's Changed
PvP / WvW: emotes are now disabled in competitive modes. Sending is blocked
everywhere, the Quickbar hides, and the Library shows a banner explaining why.
Everything returns automatically when you leave the match.
Crash fix: a malformed or hand-edited RadialMenus pack file could crash the
game at load — broken packs are now skipped and logged instead.
Polish: fewer unnecessary settings writes, German radial-wizard labels,
duplicate emote-id warning at catalog load.
