New: the Palette

A keybound type-to-send popup — a few letters, Enter, sent.

• Suggests your most-used emotes while the search is empty
• Tab cycles a result's send variants (target / sync / You / All)
• Your favorites category names work as search terms — typing "soc"
  lists everything in "Social"
• Fully configurable in its own Options tab: position, size, grow
  direction, background opacity, compact rows, Enter & Esc behavior

Open it via the "Toggle Palette" keybind (Nexus > Keybinds), the
quick-access icon, or the P button in the Library.

Plus build

• Send while moving v2 — sending stops autorun for you and the
  emote plays; mouse-walking refuses cleanly. One rule: a send while
  moving stops your character, you resume yourself.

Fixes

• Deleted emotes / me-motes no longer leave orphaned keybinds in
  Nexus' list
• Library search filters from the first character
