The embedded payload goes from 7.9 MB to 356 KB. Every byte of it shipped
inside every binary importing this library and was downloaded by every
go get, whether or not the dashboard was ever opened.

Also: GET /metrics no longer blocks for two seconds on every poll, the heap
composition bar no longer overstates the heap by 50%, traced-function
memory is measured with TotalAlloc so a GC during the call cannot zero it,
and goroutine leak detection follows growth rather than staleness.
