• Working together as a team
• Having weekly meetings every friday to assess the project's process
• Providing regular feedback to team members
• Continue with differentiated dual application testing for organizations and users
• Clear organization of the code structure

What should we start doing?

• Pay more attention to the backlog
• Implement our empty space detection functionality
• Improve the diagrams that are guiding our project structures (along with the changes this has on the project)
• Creation of New Requirements

What should we stop doing?

• Leaving everything until the last minute
• Procrastinating
• Constant changes on necessary requirements
• Changing something without notifying the group
