• Consolidate new objectives to achieve or existing ones to improve in case we want to scale the project
• Joining creative force to add innovative features to the project or projects in general
• Improving our skills and ways of working in technological projects
• Prioritizing the experiences of people who interact with our projects

What should we start doing?

• Project ourselves towards the scalability and commercialization of the project
• Review our errors as a team and improve our performance under the scrum methodology
• Create ideas for new projects in a more robust way

What should we stop doing?

• Leaving everything until the last minute
• Procrastinating
• Improve all communication gaps within the team
• Making inequitable work distributions and implementing ideas without consulting the rest of the team
