Updates:

• Remove the version restriction for larastan jakzal/toolbox#429

• Enable tools on PHP 8.0 and 8.1 jakzal/toolbox#431

  • phpspec enabled on PHP 8.1

  • roave-backward-compatibility-check enabled on PHP 8.0 and 8.1

• Reduce output generated by test commands jakzal/toolbox#432
